The third biennal Les Ateliers de Rennes will be conceived and implemented by Lucidar, an association selected by a jury from four finalist teams.

Created in 2010 on the initiative of Anne Bonnin, the Lucidar association aims to promote and transmit contemporary art through the production of works of art, exhibitions, publishing and events.

 Anne Bonnin is an art critic and curator. A teacher at Strasbourg’s Superior Institute of Decorative Arts (ESAD) and at the Superior Institute of Art of Clermont-Communauté, she organised the collective exhibitions Pragmatismus & Romantismus at the Ricard Fondation d’Entreprise (Paris) and Sauvagerie Domestique (Domestic Savagery) at the Municipal School of Fine Arts/Edouard-Manet Gallery (Gennevilliers) in 2009. Amongst her recent publications are two texts for catalogues: ‘La conquête du cube blanc’ (‘The Conquest of the White Cube’) in the catalogue for the Fabricateurs d’espaces (Making Spaces) exhibition catalogue at the Contemporary Art Institute of Villeurbanne and ‘Do it le nouveau monde’ (‘Do It: The New World’) in Poétique du chantier (Poetics of a Building Site) at the Musée-Chateau in Annecy (edited by the Ligeia review).
