La Criée centre d'art contemporain
La Criée centre d'art contemporain is an art creation centre mounting four exhibitions a year. It also assists French and international artists in producing their work on a regular basis by means of bursaries and residencies.
The art centre is a place where a broad cross-section of the public can encounter contemporary art. It schedules activities in order to discover how one single piece was made, or to follow an individual artist's creative process, and appreciate the wealth of artistic practise today.
